Terms of Service

1. Service

Core Cash ("the Service") is a web application for tracking core deposits on remanufactured auto parts. It is operated by Ziad ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person or entity per account. Sharing account credentials is not permitted.

3. Free and Pro plans

The free plan allows up to 5 active core deposits. The Pro plan ($9/month) provides unlimited cores and email reminders. Pricing may change with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current rate for at least 12 months after any price change.

4. Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Polar. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Your data

You own all data you enter into Core Cash. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service
• Resell access to the Service without written permission

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service downtime or data inaccuracies.

8. Limitation of liability

Core Cash is a tracking tool — it does not guarantee financial outcomes. We are not responsible for missed core returns, lost deposits, or any financial decisions made based on data in the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
